CORONAVIRUS: Bristols infection stops falling
Although below England's national average Bristol's infection rate stopped declining over the weekend with the figure going up very slightly.
However, The regional R number has fallen but the patients in Bristol hospitals that tested positive for coronavirus is lower than it was last at the beginning of last week.
Bristols infection rate currently stands at 50 new coronavirus cases per 100,000 people. This is below the national average of 59 cases but is two cases up from Friday.
